The color sorting conveyor consists of a usb webcam for image acquisition, a servo as a sorting arm, and a 5v stepper motor to control the conveyor belt. Programmed using LabView, The user can adjust the color sensitivity and parameters using the clusters on the front panel. When the Camera identifies a color, the sorting arm with then move to sort to the left, right, or off the end of the conveyor.
